Our meat counters are stocked with 31 varieties of sausage, 6 flavors of bacon, 20 different cheeses, and various other smoked meats and specialty items.
Bakery
A from-scratch bakery onsite provides assorted meat and fruit kolaches, bread, cookies, cakes and many other fresh baked goods.
Cafe
Enjoy a Green’s original sausage burger, hamburgers, chicken fried steak, fried catfish, boudin balls, and much more. Homemade sausage and sauerkraut plates served on Fridays and Saturdays during lunch.
Heritage
In 1946, Jerome and Della Green, along with Jerry and Clara Beran, started a humble business with a small meat market inside a general merchandise store. Green’s Sausage House has evolved from a very humble beginning to our current establishment.
During the seventies, their sons Marvin and Charles came into the family business and are still actively involved today. Although many of years have passed by, the original recipes are still used today.
